How much would it cost to get my whole jeep done? I am really thinking about it.

Had some transmission problems had to replace It. I replaced the sm465 4 speed with a nv4500. Motor man was a great help in getting the sm465 bell housing installed on the nv4500 and it was a bit of trouble getting the for np205 transfercase mounted to the back of it but I got it all in and works great glad to have 5 gears instead of 4

Oh ok.  Got any pics?

parts are ordered advanced adaptors 4l60 to np231 advanced adaptors motor mounts and also got a lokar floor shifter comin need to collect all the parts before i start taking it all apart still need to order a sye and fuel system parts getting closer
When I put the 5.3 and 4l60E dana 300 in a yj  the driveshaft hit the transmission pan.  I replaced the dana 300 with the 4 speed atlas.  You probably have already looked into that.  Just my 2 cents
How did you fix the problem?  The Atlas was wider then the Dana 300 so it was a easy fix for me.

made some progress today got the tranny and transfer dug out and cleaned ready to be painted (there not clean in the pics lol) also went and picked the motor up and started taking it apart to swap the heads and change the rod bearings since the new heads will up the compression. also worked on getting the frame fixed up and welded the new crossmember to the front of the frame so that i can do away with the round tube factory one to set the winch down in the frame rails. the crossmember is also the front bumber. there is another crossmember aswell that is to mount the motor on i need to weld that in but have to get the motor set in so i make sure its where i want it to be. shouldnt be long and i can drive it again once all the parts so up for it
