Title: Tread Trainers
Post by: NoisyCricket on March 09, 2018, 09:40:19 AM
Last fall, I attended the Tread Trainer course and have recently completed the presentation requirement to be concerned a Tread Trainer.  So I've asked Trish (Thanks Trish!) to reopen this board so that I can post some materials.

I know that I'm not the only Tread Trainer in the club so I've opened this thread for other trainers to identify themselves.

If you are interested in becoming a Tread Trainer yourself, you can get more information here: https://www.treadlightly.org/programs/tread-trainer/#toggle-id-2 (https://www.treadlightly.org/programs/tread-trainer/#toggle-id-2).

I wrote the book on tread lightly, you can't get any lighter than an idle unless you shut it off. LOL

Just a heads up that there is a Tread Lightly Tread Trainer course in HUDSON, MA on Nov 16.  I am going with a friend.  If anyone else is going let me know.

Cool, Peter Lane taught the class I went to. Have they provided soft copies of all the materials yet?
